I'm Michael Ricketts, and golf buggies aren't just my business – they're my passion. As a qualified Electrical Engineer and Datacomms Technician, I bring over 25 years of technical expertise to every cart that comes through my workshop.
My love affair with motorsports began early – from Formula 1 to karting, I've always been fascinated by what makes things move. This passion naturally led me to spend countless hours as a mechanic, tinkering with race engines alongside my sons. But it was my love of golf that really sparked the golf buggy business.
I bought my first early petrol-powered Yamaha golf buggy years ago and trailered it around the country to different courses. That experience taught me everything about what makes a great golf cart – and what doesn't. Now, I channel that knowledge into finding, restoring, and maintaining quality buggies for fellow golf enthusiasts.
